PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition capable of obtaining an adhesive layer which has excellent sterilization resistance even after hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization and can satisfactorily maintain adhesive strength and appearance.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition which comprises: a main agent containing at least one epoxy resin selected from a bisphenol A-type epoxy resin, a bisphenol F-type epoxy resin and a phenol novolac epoxy resin and an acrylic rubber; a curing agent containing a xylylene diamine; and a filler containing silica, wherein the adhesive composition further contains an ion exchanger.
