<p>A card switch (1) is provided with a case (3) having an insertion opening (300) into which a card (2) is inserted, and a detection unit for detecting whether the card (2) is inserted into the insertion opening (300). The detection unit comprises a switch (41) having contacts (412a, 413), a housing (410) for accommodating the contacts (412a, 413), and a lever (411) partly protruding from the housing (410), the contacts (412a, 413) opening and shutting along with the rotation of the lever (411). Part of the lever (411) is located on a trajectory through which the card (2) is inserted and removed, and the trajectory on which the lever (411) rotates runs along the trajectory through which the card (2) is inserted and removed.</p> |
