<p>The present invention provides an installation marking plate for an assistant cooling plate, which includes: a plate body attached to an outer surface of a steel plate in a furnace; and a marking part; and a marking part to mark an installation position of the assistant cooling plate on the plate body so that the assistant cooling plate is inserted and installed without interference with a pipe of a stave provided inside the steel plate in the furnace, and a method for installing the assistant cooling plate using the same. According to the installation marking plate for the assistant cooling plate of the present invention, the marking part, which is a marking hole to mark the installation position for the assistant cooling plate onto the plate body, is formed, so that the assistant cooling plate can be inserted and installed without the interference with the pipe of the stave provided inside the steel plate in the furnace. In addition, as the installation marking plate for the assistant cooling plate of the present invention is a magnet and includes an elastic material, the installation marking plate can easily and rapidly attached to the outer surface of the steel plate in the furnace. In addition, the steel plate in the furnace is provided therein with a guide hole into which a protrusion is inserted so that the installation marking plate can be more exactly attached to a position corresponding to the stave. Further, according to the method for installing the assistance cooling plate using the installation position for the assistant, the damage to the stave resulting from the thermal load of the old body provided in the furnace and the cracks of the steel plate can be prevented. Accordingly, the damaged stave can be replaced, and the cost caused by the replacement of a portion of the steel plate can be saved.</p> |
