PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct chemical operations such as extraction, separation and reaction while a processing temperature is controlled strictly and highly accurately even if the heat capacity of a processing vessel is large.SOLUTION: A processing apparatus 1 for processing a raw material fluid while controlling a processing temperature includes a processing member 2 which processes the raw material fluid inside introduced therein, and a processing vessel 3 which houses the processing member 2 and stores a processed product processed in the processing member 2. A fine flow pass 10 which is provided inside the processing member 2 and flows the raw material fluid, and a heat medium flow pass 11 which flows a heat medium having a temperature other than that of the raw material fluid in the fine flow pass 10 are partitioned and disposed in the processing member 2 so as to be heat-exchangeable. |
