Provided is a method for controlling a transmit power of a device-to-device link of a user equipment. The method comprises: obtaining condition of interference generated by a device-to-device link to a cellular link; and determining a transmit power of the device-to-device link of the user equipment according to the condition of interference of the device-to-device link to the cellular link, the transmit power being reduced when the interference condition is serious. By using the method, cellular communication can be normally performed when device-to-device communication occurs, and cellular communication performance attenuation caused by the device-to-device communication is avoided.
