<p>A method and system for using pre-equilibrium ballistic charge carrier refraction comprises fabricating one or more solid-state electric generators. The solid-state electric generators include at least one chemically energized solid-state electric generator comprising a solid state junction. The solid state junction comprises a first material layer and a second material layer (1401). The first material layer comprises a nanoscopic cluster (1400) and is over the second material but maintains sufficient contact with the second material, the second material being porous, to form a solid-state electric generator. The chemically energized solid state electric generator uses an interaction of chemically energized reactants to energize a charge carrier between the first and second material.</p> |
