<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Rankine cycle device capable of improving cycle efficiency while ensuring a long product life.SOLUTION: A Rankine cycle device of the present disclosure comprises: an expansion unit; a condenser; a pump; an evaporator 5a; and a heat medium flow path 9 in which the evaporator 5a is arranged so as to supply a heat medium to the evaporator 5a. The evaporator 5a includes an internal tube 51 and an external tube 53. The external tube 53 has an inner circumferential surface 53i in partial contact with an outer circumferential surface of the internal tube 51. One end 53a of the external tube 53 is closed, thereby forming a reservoir space in which gas can reside between the external tube 53 and the internal tube 51. An outer circumferential surface 53s of the external tube 53 includes an upstream-side heat inlet surface 53c located on the most upstream side in a heat medium flow direction in the heat medium flow path 9. The reservoir space communicates with a space outside of the reservoir space at a specific position P1 at an ambient temperature lower than that on the upstream-side heat inlet surface 53c.</p> |
