<p>The present invention relates to a novel compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof having the inhibiting activity of a 11β-HSD1 enzyme, a preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient. The compound according to the present invention selectively inhibits the activity of 11β-HSD1 (11β-Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1), thereby being practically used as a treatment for diseases casued by the overexpression of the 11β-HSD1 including non-insulin dependent type 2 diabetes, insulin tolerance, obesity, lipid disorder, and insulin resistance syndrome, and diseases and symptoms caused by the excessive action of glucocorticoid.</p> |
