<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a blast furnace bottom which allows simplification of a step of application of a filler and provides good cooling performance.SOLUTION: A method of constructing a blast furnace bottom includes an installation step of installing a beam assembly structure 11 in which a plurality of cooling tubes 16 arranged on the a base, a closing step of laying a bottom plate 14 on the principal beam material 111 to close the upper surface of a space part 20U and a packing step of packing castable refractory 17 into the space part 20U closed in the closing step so as to surround the cooling tubes 16 with the castable refractory 17, while bringing the castable refractory 17 in tight contact with the bottom plate 14. In the packing step, there is used a discharge port 22 which is communicated with the side surface on the other end side of the space 20U, with the tip of its opening located at a position higher than the space part.</p> |
