Disclosed are a transmission method, reception method, and device for an uplink control channel of a radio communication system. The method comprises: a user equipment utilizes resources allocated for PUCCH to transmit multiple PUCCHs, where each PUCCH occupies a pair of resource blocks, also, on a frequency domain, the PUCCHs occupy some subcarriers of each resource block, on a time domain, the PUCCHs occupy all OFDM symbols of one subframe, and, on a code domain, the PUCCHs occupy one or multiple code word resources. The methods and device of embodiments of the present invention allow for increased utilization rate of the resources of control channels.
