<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a version of a program file that is actually operating in a client.SOLUTION: In a system, a client 1 comprises: a program file storage unit 10 which stores a program file; a version acquisition unit 11 which acquires version information from the program file; a request transmission unit 12 which transmits the version information to a server 2; and a result reception unit 13 which receives the version information transmitted from the server 2. The server 2 comprises: a request reception unit 21 which receives the version information transmitted from the client 1; a version information storage unit 20 which stores the version information of each client 1; a data recording unit 23 which stores a part or all of the version information received from the request reception unit in the version information storage unit 20; and a result transmission unit 25 which transmits the version information stored in the version information storage unit to the client 1 in response to a request from the client 1.</p> |
