PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving on-ice brake performance while improving on-snow steering stability performance.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a pneumatic tire 1 configured so that a plurality of linear circumferential narrow grooves 16 and a plurality of width-direction narrow grooves 18 communicating with the circumferential narrow grooves 16 form a plurality of small blocks 20 into which a relevant part is partitioned, and in which small block rows 22 each having the small blocks 20 aligned in a tire circumferential direction are formed between the adjacent circumferential narrow grooves 16. An area of each small block 20 differs from an area of at least one small block included in the small block row adjacent at least on one side in a tire width direction and overlapping a tire circumferential area CA. The area of each small block 20 is not less than 20 mmand not more than 400 mm. |
