摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for confirming an earthquake response and soundness of a building, capable of estimating a response in each floor of the building at higher accuracy on the basis of earthquake response information of the building obtained by sensors installed on limited floors.SOLUTION: The method for confirming an earthquake response and soundness of a building, includes: recording an acceleration waveform which is a measurement result of sensors 2 and 3 installed on the lowermost story and the uppermost story of a building 1; obtaining a difference of the acceleration waveform between the uppermost story and the lowermost story, and a basic response wave of the uppermost story by an earthquake response estimation device 4; separating the basic response wave into a response wave for each natural oscillation frequency of a plurality of orders of the building 1 on the basis of an oscillation frequency unique to the building 1 and a coefficient of an oscillation mode shape; obtaining a band pass waveform by multiplying a mode coefficient of an order corresponding to each floor by each other; obtaining a synthesized response waveform by adding the band pass waveform for each floor to each other; obtaining an absolute acceleration waveform by adding the acceleration waveform which is the measurement result of the lowermost floor sensor 3 to the synthesized response waveform showing a relative acceleration speed in each floor; and converting the absolute acceleration waveform into a waveform of acceleration and displacement in an earthquake by numerical integration.
