PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power unit that can improve controllability of an electron emission element and prolong the lifetime of the element.SOLUTION: An electric power unit 100 is configured to output a voltage to an electron emission element 200 which emits electrons. The electric power unit 100 includes: an input part 110 to which a control signal for controlling the electron emission element 200 is input; an output part 130 which generates and outputs a driving voltage for driving the electron emission element 200 based upon the control signal input to the input part 110; an insulation amplifier 180 which electrically insulates the input part 110 and output part 130 and transmits the control signal input to the input part 110 to the output part 130; and a bias power supply part 190 which applies a bias voltage to the output part 130 so as to float the output part 130 with the bias voltage. |
