摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device with a rotor locking mechanism using an engaging device, capable of reducing collision noises during the engagement of the engaging device.SOLUTION: A power transmission device 1 includes an engaging device 10 for stopping the rotation of a first rotor MG1. The engaging device 10 includes a piece 11 connected to a rotating shaft 30 of the first rotor MG1, and having end faces 11c, 11d on both axial sides, and a sleeve 12 to be axially moved for engaging with and disengaging from the piece 11. The sleeve 12 is arranged so as to engage with and disengage from the piece 11 through the opposite side to the first rotor MG1 with the piece 11 as a center. Besides, the engaging device 10 has a disc spring 15 provided as a torque limiter between the end face 11c of the piece 11 at the side of the first rotor MG1 (in the engaging direction) and an end face 30c of the rotating shaft 30, and a thrust bearing 16 for supporting the end face 11d of the piece 11 at the side of the sleeve 12 (in the disengaging direction).</p>
