<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment method and a water treatment apparatus that treat water more efficiently than conventional ones in the water treatment utilizing microbubbles and using a porous substance as a catalyst.SOLUTION: A wastewater treatment apparatus 100 includes a bubble generating tank 1 serving as microbubble generating means or the like that generates microbubbles in the object wastewater 4 to be treated and a porous substance 5 that is brought into contact with the wastewater 4 to be treated having the microbubbles therein. The sum of the volume of a pore having a pore diameter of 20 nm or more and 200 nm or less is 20% or more and 40% or less of the sum of the volume of every pore on the surface of the porous substance 5.</p> |
