PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device capable of suppressing the rotor run-out by detecting the rotor run-out with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The brake control device in a disk brake for generating the braking force by pressing a disk rotor with a brake pad comprises a pressing means 8 for pressing the brake pad against a disk rotor, a contact state detection means 5 for detecting the contact state of the brake pad with the disk rotor when a vehicle is traveling, and an estimation means 9 for estimating the run-out state of the disk rotor based on the change in the contact state detected by the contact state detection means 5.
