The present invention relates to a parenteral drug delivery vehicle and a drug delivery system using a temperature-sensitive gel which are based only on methylcellulose, which is a low-molecular-weight polysaccharide, without a salting-out salt. The drug delivery system of the present invention is effective in the preparation of an extended release parenteral drug delivery vehicle composition since it is possible to increase biocompatibility and biodegradability by using only methylcellulose, which is a low-molecular-weight natural polymer. |
