<p>Disclosed are an image analysis device and a system using the image analysis device capable of efficiently monitoring an image photographed by a user according to designated attribute information after various crimes and accidents occur. Provided is the image analysis device comprising an image analysis module which generates the attribute information by extracting the attribute of a moving object which passes through a monitoring object area of the image data through a stored image analysis algorithm and generates frame information by extracting a frame for the moving object connected to the attribute information; a storage module which stores the attribute information and the frame information; a user interface which receives attributes from the user; an image editing module which analyzes the attribute information matched with the attributes through the storage module, extracts the frame information connected to the attribute information from the storage module, and generates synopsis image data by editing the frame information according in a high suitability order for the attributes; and an image output module which outputs the synopsis image data. The present invention is provided to read a monitoring image in the high suitability order according to the attribute designated by the user, thereby efficiently reading the monitoring image.</p> |
