PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily transmit the content of an auxiliary medical examination slip including a plurality of clinical items and condition indexes of the respective clinical items to the other medical system without omission.SOLUTION: A medical information processor includes: a display control part for allowing a display part to display a screen indicating an auxiliary medical examination slip including a plurality of clinical items and condition indexes adapted to the conditions of a patient in the respective clinical items; a data storage part for storing a plurality of condition index data which correspond to some several clinical items included in the auxiliary medical examination slip, and which indicate the condition indexes about the respective clinical items; a code generation part for generating the medical examination slip content code of character string data by encoding the plurality of condition index data corresponding to some several clinical items stored in the data storage part; and an output processing part for outputting the medical examination content code generated by the code generation part by a designated method. |
