<p>The invention provides methods for detecting disease, e.g. cancer, using a combination of nucleic acid biomarkers in both the cellular and the cell-free portion of a body fluid sample. In particular, the described methods can be used to analyze the nucleic acids in whole urine to determine whether a subject has cancer, e.g., prostate or bladder cancer.</p> |
