<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper device with high reliability and durability. <P>SOLUTION: When an operation lever 11 rotates leftward, a driving end 11a moves backward along a third guide hole 55 together with base ends 41a, 42a of first and second links 41, 42 and driving sections 43, 44 of the first and second links 41, 42 move to right and left along first and second guide holes 24, 25.
