PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor, which increases efficiency and reduces cost by orderly arranging and downsizing check valves. SOLUTION: In this scroll compressor, a delivery path communicating with a delivery chamber 13 is formed at the center, and a first bypass path 28 and a second bypass path 29 bypassed to the delivery chamber 13 during the compression are formed in each of a first compression chamber 11a and a second compression chamber 11b. Each of the first bypass path 28 and the second bypass path 29 is formed of at least one hole. A check valve 24 is disposed in each of the delivery path and the bypass path. The bypass path of the compression chamber 11b on the lap outer wall side has less number of holes and larger areas of holes than the bypass path of the compression chamber 11a on the lap inner wall side. Therefore, the scroll compressor can be reduced in cost by arranging the holes of the first bypass path 28 and the second bypass path 29 in parallel as far as possible so as to orderly arrange and make compact the check valves 24.
