The present invention relates to a vehicle brake pedal movement preventing device in order to prevent a driver from sustaining an injury due to a brake pedal traveling toward the driver when a vehicle frontal or offset crash occurs. The device enables a fixing pin to be separated from a bracket and the brake pedal using a separation means which separates the fixing pin from the bracket and the brake pedal by breaking or cutting the fixing pin, and thus enables the brake pedal to rotate in the opposite direction to the driver by a self-weight, thereby preventing the driver from sustaining an injury.
