PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a terpene peptide conjugate presenting ceramide generation actions. SOLUTION: The terpene peptide conjugate comprises a dipeptide composed of phenylalanine and glutamic acid, phenylethyl group and geraniol. The method for producing the terpene peptide conjugate includes a step for alkali reduction of a fermentation liquid obtained by adding bacillus natto to yellow rose petals, gold powder and soybean powder and fermenting the mixture. The obtained terpene peptide conjugate has more excellent effects than EGF and is applied to cosmetics, food preparations and medicines.
