The present invention relates to a prefabricated underwater structure and a construction method thereof, and more specifically to, a construction method of an underwater structure such as a harbor quay wall, a breakwater, a weir, a dam or the like, wherein structure modules are formed to have a plurality of space parts defined in bodies in selected sizes by using partition walls, and assembled to be finished by moving the structure modules to a construction position while controlling water and air coming in and out with respect to the space parts. Therefore, the sinking, rotation and turning over can be prevented to the construction position and the direction and position for placing can be controlled, thereby reducing the construction costs required for the assembling and construction thereof and the construction period thereof. Further, the construction can be carried out even in a place to which the access of the lift equipment is difficult, and the environmental pollution can be minimized. |
