<p>Disclosed are a method for managing a user terminal through a network, a recording medium recording a program which executes the method, and a manager device in which the program is installed. The present invention comprises a step in which the manager device determines the need for maintenance of the user terminal based on the state information of the user terminal and a step for classifying the maintenance type of the user terminal when the maintenance of the user terminal is necessary. According to the present invention, a user can choose a suitable maintenance method among a visiting service, a remote service, and a call consulting service according to the state of the user terminal before a serious defect is generated or identified in the user terminal.</p> |
