<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a multilayer coating film which provides an environmental responsiveness of a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-reduction, etc. accompanying shorter hours taking for coating-film curing, a miniaturization of a painting equipment or the like, and shorter hours of baking, and which is excellent in scratch resistance, weather resistance, acid resistance, and finishing property, and a coated article. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes steps of forming a colored coating film by coating an object to be coated with a colored coating (B), of forming a clear coating film by coating a clear paint (A) on the colored coating film, and of irradiating it with an active energy ray. The clear paint (A) includes a compound (a1) which has a weight-average molecular weight of 250 to less than 1,500, water tolerances of five or more, and an average of two or more acryloyl groups in the molecule, a compound (a2) which has a weight-average molecular weight of 1,500 or more and an average of two or more acryloyl groups in the molecule, and a photopolymerization initiator (a3), and a difference of the water tolerances of the compound (a1) and the compound (a2) is 1.0-10.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
