<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum valve which has improved maintainability by facilitating removal of foreign substance, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum valve 13 includes a flow-passage part 21 which enables foul water to flow therein, a valve part which is provided in the inside of the flow-passage part 21 and can open/close the flow-passage part 21, and a valve opening/closing mechanism part 23 which can open/close the valve part by utilizing vacuum pressure. The valve part includes a valve seat formed in the inner surface of the flow-passage part 21, and a valve element arranged to freely separate form or contact with the valve seat. The flow-passage part 21 includes a maintenance opening part 101 which is positioned at the vicinity of the valve seat and can remove foreign substance put between the valve seat and the valve element to the outside of the flow-passage part 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
