<p>A piezoelectric transformer device (100) is provided with a piezoelectric transformer (4) soldered onto a circuit board through terminals, an input circuit formed on the circuit board and connected with a primary side electrode of the piezoelectric transformer (4), and an anti-pyroelectric element (22) arranged in parallel with the input circuit. The anti-pyroelectric element (22) is comprised of a capacitor, a resistor, and the like, for instance. The anti-pyroelectric element (22) is soldered before the piezoelectric transformer (4) in the manufacturing process. Thus, even if electric charges due to a pryroelectric effect in accordance with temperature changes at the soldering time are produced, the anti-pyroelectric element (22) can make the electric charges disappear.</p> |
