<p>The present invention relates to a heating pad controller for installing a triplex of an LNG ship and a control method for the heating pad. The control method of the heating pad includes the steps of: (S100) inputting an initial setting value of a heating pad which is to be controlled by manipulation of a user, a target setting temperature according to kinds of adhesives used to adhere the triplex, and a target working time of the heating pad; (S200) comparing the initial setting value of the heating pad with a pad identification data previously stored so as to identify the heating pad; (S300) applying previously set electric current to the identified heating pad; (S400) inputting a temperature measurement value from a temperature sensor of the heating pad; (S500) comparing the target setting temperature with the temperature measurement value and controlling a current amount sent to the heating pad so that a difference between the temperature measurement valve and the target setting temperature becomes zero; and (S600) ending operation of the heating pad when the target working time is ended. The heating pad controller can be commonly applied to different adhesives and heating pads by controlling the temperature of the heating pad according to characteristics of the heating pad and adhesives inputted by the user using the controller. Moreover, the heating pad controller can uniformly maintain the temperature of the heating pad during the working time of the heating pad so as to secure adhesion stability and good quality of the triplex.</p> |
