An apparatus for testing a gas pressure, which inspects a pressure of a gas filled and sealed in an air bag part (6) of a bag (1), to which the air bag is attached, for each bag in-line is disclosed. The apparatus (35) for testing a gas pressure includes: a pressurizing member (31) disposed on one side of the bag, to which an air bag is attached; a receiving member (38) positioned on a receiving position of another side of the bag, to which the air bag is attached; a support member (39) to support the pressurizing member (31); an air cylinder to move the support member (39) back and forth in a predetermined stroke; and a distance sensor (32).The pressurizing member (31) is pressurized by a constant force to a front by the air cylinder (44).The pressurizing member (31) moves forward by an operation of the air cylinder (41) and holds the air bag part (6) between the receiving member (38).In this case, the distance sensor (32) measures a distance (D) from the pressurizing member (31) and transmits a distance signal to a control device (37).The control device (73) determines whether the pressure of the gas sealed in to air bag part (6) is within a predetermined range from the distance (D). |
