<p>The present invention relates to a frying machine, wherein the frying machine comprises: a body case; a door; a cooking oil case provided in the body case and filled with cooking oil; a basket support provided to be immersed in the cooking oil or rise out of the cooking oil in the cooking oil case; and a frying basket mounted on the basket support and receiving stuffs to be fried while moving together with the basket support. The basket support is elevated or lowered by a driver part, wherein the driver part includes a pair of guide rails installed at both sides in upper and lower directions on an inner surface of the cooking oil case, an elevating and lowering plate which rises and falls along the guide rails, a rotary drum installed above the elevating and lowering plate with a space therebetween, a wire winding on the rotary drum and fixed on the top end of the elevating and lowering plate, and a driving unit for rotating the rotary drum. According to the present invention, remainders such as batter fragments generated while stuffs to be fried are fried can be cleaned easily, promptly, and conveniently. Further, the direct transfer of the weight of a support plate to the driver is suppressed, thereby preventing the damage of the shaft of the driver, and thus achieving a long lifespan of the frying machine.</p> |
