<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for achieving low rolling resistance by reducing tire weight. <P>SOLUTION: This tire includes a belt of at least one layer and a tread on the outside in the tire radial direction of a carcass, with the carcass of extending in a toroidal shape between a pair of bead cores as a skeleton.
