<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously capture images of objects at different distances. <P>SOLUTION: An infrared imaging apparatus includes: a first laser irradiator 12A for generating a first infrared pulse laser light having a predetermined wavelength, and irradiating a monitored area with it; a first infrared sensor 13 for sequentially receiving a reflection light of the first infrared pulse laser light by using first sensing elements 131, implementing a photoelectric conversion from the reflection light into an electrical signal, and outputting the electrical signal; a first signal processor 15A for generating a first infrared reflection image signal from the electrical signal; a laser irradiator 12B for generating a second infrared pulse laser light having a wavelength different from the first infrared pulse laser light, and irradiating the monitored area with it; a second infrared sensor 14 for sequentially receiving a reflection light of the second infrared pulse laser light by using second sensing elements 141, implementing a photoelectric conversion from the reflection light into an electrical signal, and outputting the electrical signal; and a second signal processor 15B for generating a second infrared reflection image signal from the electrical signal.
