<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generator, a radiographic imaging system, an image generating program, and an image generating method which generate an appropriate tomographic image of a region of interest. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor 50 displays two radiographic images produced by exposing a breast N to radiation from different angles, on a display 82 of a display device 80, when a region 94 of an interest 91 designated by a user based on the displayed image is received at a designation reception unit 64, an interest detection unit 66 detects the interest 91, and a coordinate calculation unit 68 calculates the three-dimensional coordinates (x, y, z) of the interest 91. A slice interval determination unit 70 calculates the diameter D of the interest 91, and determines a slice interval d1 of the region of interest from the center of the interest 91, and the slice interval d2 of a non-region of interest which is larger than the slice interval d1 of the region of interest, based on the diameter D. A tomographic image generation unit 72 generates a tomographic image reconstructed according to the determined slice interval d1 and slice interval d2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
