<p>The invention provides a backward tension exerting device for coiling-used wire stock and a backward tension exerting method. The device can exert comparatively high tension to thick wires having large diameters. The backward tension exerting device includes a wire stock exporting mechanism which export wire stock towards a coiling machine; a guide pulley used to wind the wire stock exported fromthe wire stock exporting mechanism; an elastic component which exerts force to the guide pulley towards a direction exerting the backward tension and exerts backward tension corresponding to the position of the guide pulley to the wire stock; an export control unit used to control the export of the wire stock by the wire stock export mechanism, so as to make the guide pulley in a specific position. A winding cylinder is also provided to wind the wire stock exerted backward tension and towards the coiling machine. The winding cylinder can not rotate, so as to make the winded wire stock slide to feed the coiling machine. The wire stock export mechanism is preferred to be a pair of rollers or an annular track capable of exporting wire stock through holding the wire stock for rotation.</p> |
