<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of leaf mustard tea having the smell and taste of leaf mustard by only using leaf mustard as raw materials when the leaf mustard tea is manufactured. The manufacturing method of the leaf mustard tea comprises the steps of: washing and drying leaf mustard; removing the stem of the leaf mustard; cutting the dried leaf mustard without stem; steaming the leaf mustard at 100°C for two minutes; cooling the leaf mustard rapidly at 10°C or less, ideally at 4-5°C; firstly drying the cooled leaf mustard at 25-30°C for three hours; aging the dried leaf mustard which is stacked up to 20 cm at 25-30°C for ten hours; and packaging the aged leaf mustard whose moisture content is less than or equal to 5%.</p> |
