The present invention relates to a method for root hair elongation of plants comprising a step of controlling the expression of a OsFH1 protein coding gene by transforming plant cells using a recombinant vector including a rice-derived OryzasativaFormin homology 1 (OsFH1) protein coding genes; a method for manufacturing transgenic plants in which elongation of root hair is controlled, comprising a step of transforming plant cells using a recombinant vector including the OsFH1 protein coding gene; transgenic plants in which root hair is controlled, that are prepared by the method, and seeds thereof; and a composition for controlling root hair elongation of plants comprising the recombinant vector including the OsFH1 protein coding gene as an active ingredient.
