<p>The present invention relates to a method for providing information on a communications failure area, an information providing system using the same, and abnormal call monitoring equipment used for the same and, specifically, to a method and a system for monitoring whether an abnormal call occurs and where an abnormal call occurs in real time, and performing communications quality management quickly and efficiently using the information. In order to achieve the purpose, the method for providing information on an abnormal call occurrence area according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: determining, by the abnormal call monitoring equipment, whether a call is normal; recognizing the location information of a relevant abnormal call terminal when an abnormal call is detected by the abnormal call monitoring equipment; recognizing, by the abnormal call monitoring equipment, the location information on the problem occurrence area where the relevant abnormal call has occurred; and storing, by the abnormal call monitoring equipment, the location information on the problem occurrence area, and notifying a location information manager in the problem occurrence area of the location information on the problem occurrence area.</p> |
