摘要 <p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a roof panel pad for a highly stiff vehicle and a method of manufacturing the same which forms a pad by respectively stacking waterproof reinforcing sheets coated with a polyethylene (PE) layer on both surfaces of a urethane foam pad and laminating, thereby reinforcing stiffness of a vehicle body panel and preventing the pad from being wet due to condensation to improve noise and vibration reduction effects and have a waterproof function. According to the present invention, a method of manufacturing the roof panel pad for a highly stiff vehicle having a waterproof function includes a first step (S100) of preparing a soft urethane foam pad (10); a second step (S200) of preparing waterproof reinforcing sheets (20) having PE layers (22, 23) respectively coated at both surfaces; a third step (S300) of stacking the waterproof reinforcing sheets (20) at both surfaces of the urethane foam pad (10), and laminating the PE layer (23) contacting the urethane foam pad (10) to integrally form the urethane foam pad (10) with the waterproof reinforcing sheets (20); and a fourth step (S400) of cutting in the shape and size corresponding to the roof panel. Also, the present invention includes a roof panel pad for a highly stiff vehicle having a waterproof function manufactured by the method.</p>
