<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing additive-free and unadjusted soy milk using fine powder of raw soybeans, and additive-free soy milk prepared thereby. In detail, the present invention provides a method for preparing additive-free and unadjusted soy milk that contains no artificial additives, and additive-free soy milk prepared thereby, the method comprising the steps of: carefully sorting and selecting only raw soybeans in a good condition; obtaining fine powder of the raw soybeans through dry milling; obtaining nano wave water through special treatment; stirring and uniformly mixing the nano wave water and the fine powder of the raw soybeans; heating and maturing the resultant mixture at the boiling temperature of water; packing the mixture into an appropriate container; and finally sterilizing the mixture. The additive-free soy milk according to the present invention uses the overall raw materials as they are without any loss of the raw materials such as a soybean curd residue among the raw materials of the soybean, and therefore there is no loss in nutritional contents. Also, since soy milk is prepared only with a bean (soybean) and water without addition of various artificial additives for providing a chewy texture, there is no toxic ingredient to the human body. Furthermore, since the fresh smell and the fishy taste of the bean (soybean) are removed through special treatment, the soy milk tastes good and is excellent in flavor. Accordingly, the soy milk is healthy food that can be safely taken without causing resistance to additives.</p> |
