<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module in which electrical conduction can be obtained surely between the inside and the outside of the solar cell module while ensuring high productivity of the solar cell module, and which can be used for a long time without being affected from the outside of the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module includes a power generation layer, a substrate supporting the power generation layer, a solar cell element in which at least a pair of electrodes are stacked, to be connected with the power generation layer at a light-receiving surface side and a light non-receiving surface side of the power generation layer, and a solar cell in which at least a pair of power collection lines stacked on the electrodes are primarily sealed. The first power collection lines and a second power collection line fixed to an outer surface of the primarily sealing solar cell are electrically connected via a caulking member, a power extraction unit for extracting power generated by the power generation layer to the outside is formed from the caulking member and the second power collection line, and the power extraction unit is secondarily sealed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
