A lifeboat launching apparatus and method of a marine structure are disclosed. The lifeboat launching apparatus of the marine structure according to an embodiment of the present application comprises a platform extended from a hull side of the marine structure toward the outside of the hull and housing a lifeboat; and a hinge part supporting an end part of the platform facing the hull side to be rotatable with respect to the hull.
