The present invention relates to a urea sender assembly wherein a head body fitted into a urea solution tank of a diesel vehicle is provided, and the head body includes: a heating pipe to increase the temperature of a urea solution, a suction pipe to suck the urea solution to be supplied to a urea solution spray device, a return pipe to return the remaining urea solution after being supplied to the urea solution spray device to an urea solution tank, and a lead pipe to measure the level of urea solution by a float. The head body is formed therein with a plurality of vertically bored coupling holes into which upper portions of the lead pipe, a hot water inflow pipe and a hot water recovery pipe of the heating pipe, the suction pipe and the return pipe are fitted. Each coupling hole has a locking step protruding inward from an intermediate part of an inner circumferential surface thereof. A female screw part is formed on an upper portion of the inner circumferential surface of the coupling hole, such that a coupling socket is fitted into the female screw part through a screw coupling scheme. The lead pipe, the hot water inflow pipe and the hot water recovery pipe of the heating pipe, the suction pipe, and the return pipe are provided on the upper end portions thereof with the upper insertion parts to be fitted into through-holes of coupling sockets. Since a locking step protrudes outward from a lower outer circumferential surface of each upper insertion part, the bottom surface of the locking step is locked and supported to a locking end of the coupling hole. The top surface of the locking step makes contact with a lower protruding part of the coupling socket such that the locking step is supported, thereby preventing the locking step from deviating downward from the position thereof. |
