The high-pressure mixing head of a horizontal-vertical double inclination angle injection type according to the present invention is characterized by mixing a polyol raw material or an isocyanate raw material supplied by injection while stably and smoothly whirling the mixture to increase raw material mixing efficiency, and preventing a raw material layer adhered to the outer circumferential surface of a piston rod of a cleaning piston from being extended upward along the piston rod to increase durability.
