The present invention relates to a ground supporting apparatus for testing satellite baseband communications, and comprises: a communications interface device that transmits/receives data to/from a test satellite through baseband communications; a satellite command processing part that processes a satellite command delivered from a satellite-testing central control device and enables the satellite command to be transmitted to the test satellite through the communications interface device; a satellite telemetry processing part that processes satellite telemetry received from the test satellite through the communications interface device and delivers the satellite telemetry to the satellite-testing central control device; a data management part that stores the satellite command processed at the satellite command processing part and the satellite telemetry processed at the satellite telemetry processing part; and a mission manager part that sets up the communications interface device to communicate with the test satellite according to a communications protocol determined in accordance with the test satellite.
