<p>The present invention relates to a control knob for a gas range, and more particularly, to a control knob for a gas range which prevents a fixing ring, which connects an ignition control knob for the gas range with a valve shaft, from being separated from the control knob, thereby preventing a loss when the control knob is disassembled and enhancing convenience when reassembled. The control knob for the gas range includes the following: a handgrip (21) formed at one side; a boss (22) formed at the other side toward the gas range to protrude; a mounting part (23) is formed at an end of the boss (22) to be stepped; an elastically bent part (41) which has elasticity and is formed at the central portion; fixing rings (40) which are connected to both end portions and each of which has a fitting piece (42) formed to be bent; a connection hole (24) which is formed at the center of the front end of the mounting part (23), is opened at one side and has the same shape as a valve shaft, such that the elastically bent part (41) of the fixing ring (40) is located at the connection hole; an insertion hole (25) formed in the outer circumferential surface of the mounting part (23) in such a way that the fitting piece (42) of the fixing ring (40) is inserted and fixed into the insertion hole (25); a retaining groove (26) formed on the inner side, which directs the boss, inside the insertion hole (25) of the mounting part (23); and a retaining hook (43) which is formed inside the fitting piece (42) of the fixing ring (40) to protrude and which is fit to the retaining groove (26). The retaining hook (43) of the fixing ring (40) has a guide side (43a) of a round shape formed in the direction to progress along the insertion hole (25) of the mounting part (23).</p> |
