The present invention relates to a variable laser device capable of being manufactured in a small size capable of varying laser waves. The present invention comprises: a laser diode chip (100) emitting laser lights; a partial reflective mirror (500) for light feedback to partially reflect the light emitted by the laser diode chip (100) and feedback the same to laser diode chip (100); a collimation lens (200) for collimating the light emitted from the laser diode chip (100), installed on a pathway between the laser diode chip (100) and partial reflective mirror (500) for light feedback; a wave variable selective filter (300) in which penetrated waves are variable according to temperature; a phase compensator (350) offseting the change in refractive rate according to the temperature of the semiconductor laser diode chip (100) or wave variable selective filter (300) as the refractive rate is altered according to the temperature; and a 45° reflective mirror (400) converting the direction of laser lights processing lights vertical to the bottom of the package. The laser diode chip (100) and wave variable selective filter (300) and phase compensator (350) are arranged at the upper part of a thermoelectric element (900), so that the emitted waves are variable according to the temperature of the thermoelectric element (900). |
