A method of providing digital rights management (DRM) content of a content providing server is disclosed. The method according to the present invention comprises: a step of receiving coupon information stored in a terminal device which connects to the content providing server; a step of digitizing the received coupon information into a first payment amount to be used in the content providing server; and a step of subtracting the first payment amount from an amount of DRM content, which the terminal device desires to use, and requesting the terminal device to pay the subtracted result.
